UPDATE: US SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR NORTH KOREA POLICY AND US SPECIAL ENVOY FOR SIX PARTY TALKS SUNG KIM WILL DEPART FOR BEIJING, SEOUL, AND TOKYO TOMORROW TO MEET WITH COUNTERPARTS IN THE SIX-PARTY PROCESS. There are no plans for them to meet with North Korean interlocutors at this time.
